Born in Alexandria in 1954, Ibrahim El Tanbouli uses his art to explore subjects of human relationship as well as human kinds connection to animals, and in doing so, bring to life these themes with his mastery of colours. Having showcased his artwork internationally, in Germany, Italy, England, Canada and the U.S, among other regions, El Tanbouli finds his inspiration in the essence of his native city, Alexandria.
